The Deye AI-W5.1-PDU1-B + AI-W5.1-Base is the core control and support foundation for the AI-W5.1 high-voltage energy storage series, designed to enhance self-consumption in residential and commercial applications. This system integrates a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) for inverter connectivity with a dedicated bottom support base, utilizing safe and reliable Cobalt Free Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry.

Scalable Energy:

Designed for modular expansion, the PDU and Base set serves as the platform for a single string of 1 to 6 battery modules (AI-W5.1-B). With each module offering 5.12 kWh of capa city, the system allows for flexible total energy capacities ranging from 5.12 kWh to 30.72 kWh per cluster.

Long Lifespan:

Engineered for extreme durability, the system technology boasts a cycle life of ≥6,000 cycles (at 25°C) and is backed by a 10-year warranty. Additionally, the modules feature a low self-discharge rate, capable of remaining on a shelf for up to 6 months without requiring a charge.

High Performance:

The system supports a 90% recommended depth of discharge and carries an IP65 enclosure rating once stacked. The PDU includes a built-in circuit breaker (250A 2P) and provides intelligent BMS management with CAN2.0 and RS485 communication for complete protection against over-charge, over-discharge, and temperature extremes.

Flexible Installation:

Featuring a flat and stackable design, the system supports floor-mounted installation with no internal wiring required, ensuring rapid and easy deployment. The PDU module has a Dimension (720mm × 255mm × 238mm) and an approximate weight of 15kg, while the Base module has a Dimension (720mm × 255mm × 68mm) and an approximate weight of 6.5kg.
