The Deye BOS-G-PDU-2 is a high-voltage battery cluster control box designed to provide intelligent management and industrial-grade protection for the BOS-G Pro energy storage series. Engineered to meet European and British standards, this Power Distribution Unit (PDU) acts as the central brain for high-voltage battery stacks, ensuring seamless coordination between battery modules and solar inverters.
Key Features:
Scalable Management:
The PDU-2 is designed to manage high-voltage clusters, supporting the connection of 5 to 16 BOS-G-Pack5.1 battery modules in series. This configuration allows for wide-ranging system operating voltages from 200V to 1000V DC and total energy capacities up to 81.92 kWh per rack.
Intelligent Protection:
Equipped with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS), it provides comprehensive protection against over-discharge, over-charge, over-current, and extreme temperature conditions. It automatically balances the current and voltage of each cell to maintain peak system health.
High-Performance Connectivity:
The unit features a nominal charge/discharge current of 100A (120A max) and supports smart communication via CAN2.0 and RS485. It includes status indicators for high-voltage power-on (Yellow) and system alarms (Red) for easy monitoring.
Flexible Integration:
Housed in a standard 19-inch rack-mounted chassis, the PDU-2 is designed for easy installation and maintenance. Its IP20-rated enclosure and wide operating temperature range (-20°C to 65°C) make it a versatile control solution for diverse residential and commercial energy setups.
