Description
The Deye High Voltage Battery Cluster Control Box (GB-HV-BMS-BOX) and Mounting Base (GB-LBASE) are core system structural and management components for Deye's High Voltage modular battery systems (GB-LM4.0 / GB-L series). The Control Box houses the master Battery Management System (BMS), high-voltage DC protection breakers, surge protection, and power distribution interfaces for the battery stack. The GB-LBASE provides a floor-mounted foundation that supports stacked lithium battery modules and facilitates safe cableless interconnects. Backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty, the system manages safety, cell balancing, and communication between the energy storage cluster and Deye high-voltage hybrid inverters.
Key Features & Benefits
Master High-Voltage BMS: Monitors cell voltages, system state-of-charge (SoC), temperatures, and controls high-voltage DC contactors and breakers across the battery cluster.
Integrated Safety & Protection: Built-in DC circuit breaker, fuses, thermal control, and surge protection for safe high-voltage DC operation up to 750V+.
10-Year Extended Warranty: Backed by a standard 10-year factory warranty for industrial-grade durability and long-term energy storage reliability.
Heavy-Duty GB-LBASE Floor Mount: Engineered base structure designed to support high static weight loads of stacked $\text{LiFePO}_4$ modules while maintaining leveling and seismic stability.
Cableless Interconnect Support: Facilitates internal quick-plug power and communication interfaces between stacked battery units, reducing installation footprint and field wiring errors.
