There are 4 possible statuses: R, N, D, I

In general each status can have up to 4 main colours to differentiate the different states of the document:

• White: Non-existent document
• Orange: unconfirmed
• Green: confirmed
• Grey: cancelled

Let’s have a look at the different statuses.

THE STATUSES IN DETAIL 

R - Reserving Card

Green status does not exist

• Orange- Order under process

N - Release note

• Orange-  Items are in our warehouse ready to be packed
• Green - Packed and ready for shipment

D - Delivery note 

• Orange - Preparing for shipping
• Green - Your goods are on the way

I - Invoice

• Orange- Final invoice has been created but hasn’t been paid yet
• Green - All paid, final invoice sent
