The TW Solar 580 W N-Type module was designed using Multi-busbar technology, which results in a power output increase of over 5 W, and Half-cut technology, which reduces energy loss, providing an additional output gain of between 5 and 10 W. An additional solution was also used to increase module efficiency, namely high-density encapsulation, to achieve a gain of 0.15%. Compared to typical PV modules in the same class, TW Solar is unrivaled.

N-type cells are manufactured with phosphorus, allowing them to achieve a lower energy degradation rate. This translates into higher efficiency over many years of use and greater overall savings. Thanks to this technology, the manufacturer offers a 30-year warranty on the energy produced.

The TW Solar 580 W Bifacial is built from 144 N-type monocrystalline photovoltaic cells placed in a corrosion-resistant anodized light aluminum alloy frame and covered by two sheets of high-light-transmission glass, each 2 mm thick. The glass is coated with an anti-reflective (AR) layer and is thermally strengthened. All of this is backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year solar power warranty.
