The Deye BOS-G 3U-HRACK is an optional high-voltage battery storage rack component designed to provide a structured and professional housing for the BOS-G battery series. This standard 19-inch embedded design is engineered for commercial and industrial setups, offering industrial-grade reliability and a convenient architecture for system maintenance.

The 3U-HRACK is designed to accommodate a flexible system configuration. It can install up to 12 battery modules (BOS-GM5.1) and one high-voltage battery cluster control box, allowing for a total system capacity of up to 61.44 kWh per rack.

Built for long-term reliability, the system components are non-toxic, non-polluting, and environmentally friendly. The underlying battery technology utilizes stable Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) chemistry, boasting a cycle life of over 6,000 cycles (at 25°C) and is backed by a 10-year warranty.
High Performance:
The rack-based system supports a 90% recommended depth of discharge and features an IP20 enclosure rating. It operates alongside an intelligent BMS that provides smart CAN2.0 and RS485 communication for comprehensive protection, including over-discharge, over-charge, over-current, and temperature management.
Flexible Installation:
The 3U-HRACK features a professional 19-inch rack-mounted design that can be installed with an optional door. It has a physical Dimension (530mm × 602mm × 2219mm) and an approximate weight of 51kg.
