The TW Solar 620W Type N module was designed using Multi-busbar technology, resulting in a power output of over 5W, and Half-cut technology, which reduces energy loss, providing an additional output gain of between 5 and 10W. A further solution was also employed to increase the module's efficiency: high-density encapsulation, achieving a gain of 0.15%. Compared to typical photovoltaic modules of the same class, TW Solar is unrivaled.

The N-type cells are made with phosphorus, which allows them to achieve a lower energy degradation rate, resulting in higher efficiency over many years of use and greater savings. It is thanks to this technology that the manufacturer offers a 30-year warranty on the energy produced.

The TW Solar 620W Bifacial is constructed from 144 monocrystalline N-type photovoltaic cells mounted in a corrosion-resistant, anodized aluminum alloy frame and covered by two 2mm thick sheets of highly light-transmitting glass. The glass is coated with an anti-reflective (AR) layer and is thermally strengthened. All of this is backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year solar energy warranty.
