There are 4 possible statuses: R, N, D, I

In general each status can have up to 4 main colours to differentiate thedifferent states of the document:

• White: Non existent document
• Orange: unconfirmed
• Green: confirmed
• Grey: cancelled

Let’s have a look at the different statuses.

THE STATUSES IN DETAIL 

R - Reserving Card

Green status does not exist

• Orange- Order under process

N - Release note

• Orange-  Itemsare in our warehouse ready to be packed
• Green- Packedand ready for shipment

D - Delivery note 

• Orange- Preparingfor shipping
• Green-  Yourgoods are on the way

I - Invoice

• Orange- Finalinvoice has been created, but hasn’t been paid yet
• Green- Allpaid, final invoice sent
